HOTEL SORATAMA SAS hereby informs its clients, suppliers, contractors, employees, and other individuals with whom it has or has had any relationship that their personal data is included in our databases.

In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 "which establishes general provisions for the protection of personal data" and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, HOTEL SORATAMA SAS makes this Privacy Notice available to you, which seeks to inform the Owner of personal data about the existence of the Information Processing Policy that has been implemented by the company.

1. LOCATION

The registered office of HOTEL SORATAMA SAS is at Carrera 7 No. 19-20, Pereira, Risaralda, and has made available as a contact channel with the Holders of Personal Data the email address: administracion@hotelsoratama.com .

2. RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS

• Know, update, rectify, and delete your personal data with respect to the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller.
• Request proof of the authorization granted to the Company, except when expressly exempted by law as a requirement for processing (Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012).
• To be informed by the Company, upon request, about the existence of data concerning you and the use that has been given to your personal data.
• Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for non-compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other regulations that modify, add to, or complement them, once you have exhausted the consultation or complaint process with the Data Controller.
• Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees. Revocation and/or deletion will proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that, in the processing, HOTEL SORATAMA SAS has engaged in conduct contrary to the law or the Constitution.
• Access your personal data that has been processed free of charge.

Data subjects may exercise the rights described in this section, submit complaints or requests to know, update, rectify, and delete information, revoke authorization, and request proof of their authorizations by sending an email or written request to the aforementioned address.

3. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

In the course of its corporate purpose, HOTEL SORATAMA SAS obtains and stores personal data from its employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and potential clients, consumers and potential consumers of its products and/or services. This activity is carried out directly or, in some cases, through contractors or third parties hired or with whom agreements have been entered into for such tasks.
